Membership Program Assistant

The Membership Program Assistant will support the implementation of effective solicitation and engagement strategies for stewarding and increasing the membership base. 

Member Program Scheduling and Coordination

  • Assist in creating events, programs and campaigns designed to engage, retain and recruit members of all levels
  • Coordinate, implement, and track participation in member events and programs
  • Support coordination of member benefit programs including member recognition, routine and special correspondence, gift reporting and acknowledging, renewal letters, and member cards

Member Communications and Campaign Support

  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of membership campaigns and promotions (including but not limited to direct mail, renewal, on-site, off-site, telemarketing etc.)
  • Assist with general member communications and answering inquiries including written, over the phone, social media and face-to-face communications

Member Database Support

  • Provide administrative support for record keeping, reporting, and data entry in the Museum's membership tracking system, Tessitura
